She was born on August 14, 1971.
In 1993, she graduated with honors from the Azerbaijan Institute of Civil Engineering (now the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction), specializing in Economics of Construction.

In 1993, she began working at the Azerbaijan State University of Economics as a Senior Lecturer.
In 2004, she defended her Candidate dissertation titled “Problems of Complex Development of the Regional Economy under Market Relations” in the specialty 08.00.05 – Economics and Management of the National Economy (at the macro level).
Currently, she is Associate Professor of the Department of Economics at UNEC.
